Vendor booths available!​


If you are interested in vending at our 2026 show

Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your space is reserved when we receive your completed vendor agreement and full payment. ​


Included with Space Rental:

  • Pipe and drape ​
  • Free Wi-Fi access ​
  • Electricity
  • Tables (first 2 tables free; $15 per additional table) ​
  • Limited black floor-length table coverings (upon request, while supplies last) ​
  • Chairs (upon request) ​
  • Opportunity to present a 20-30 minute demo for techniques/tools (advertised and scheduled) ​
  • BVQ liaison available for short booth coverage during show hours ​
  • Loudspeaker announcements for specials/in-booth demos​
  • Publicity inclusion in printed materials and show program (agreement and payment must be received by March 1, 2026)


Booth Rates (3-day rental):

  • 10’x10’: $200 ​
  • 10’x15’: $250 ​
  • 10’x20’: $350 ​
  • 10’x30’: $400 ​


Vendor Responsibilities

  • Setup: Thursday, May 28, 2026, starting at 12 PM.
  • Booth Staffing: Maintain a representative in the booth during show hours (BVQ liaison available for short breaks). ​
  • Take-Down: Promptly at 3 PM on Sunday, June 23, 2024. ​
  • Facility Requirements: No nailing, taping, or screwing items to walls or floors. ​Pipe and drape required for all displays. ​

Additional Opportunities

  • Door Prize Donation: Option to contribute to a Vendor Basket raffle. ​
  • Demo Area: Schedule a demo for a skill or tool. ​
  • Advertising: Information available for placing ads in the show program. ​
  • Dorm Housing: Limited spaces available for vendors. ​

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If BVQ cancels the show, 100% of the vendor fee will be refunded, and donated door prizes will be returned. ​
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable otherwise. ​
